User agreement

3.3. It is prohibited to post ads containing obscene language, insults, pornographic materials, as well as ads that violate the laws of Cyprus or any other state.

4. Disclaimer of liability

4.1. The Site Administration is not responsible for losses directly or indirectly related to the use of the Site or its services.

4.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for any user actions committed in connection with the use of the Site, including for posting false information or violating the rights of third parties.

4.3. The Site administration does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by users and real estate ads.

4.4. The Site Administration does not guarantee the continuous and error-free operation of the Site and its services.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. All information posted on the Website is subject to copyright and belongs to their rightful owners.

5.2. It is prohibited to use the information posted on the Website without the prior consent of the copyright holders.

6. Dispute resolution

6.1. In case of disputes or disagreements between the Site Administration and users, they will be resolved through negotiations.

6.2. If disputes and disagreements cannot be resolved through negotiations, they will be referred to the competent court in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

7. Final provisions

7.1. This Agreement is a legal public agreement between the Site Administration and users and regulates the use of the Site and its services.

7.2. This Agreement is a valid agreement until it is amended or terminated.

7.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

8. Paid services

8.1. The site provides paid services such as ad highlighting, placement in hot offers, and banner advertising.

8.2. The cost of each paid service is determined individually and indicated on the Website.

8.3. The user wishing to use the paid services must pay their cost in accordance with the instructions posted on the Website.

8.4. Payment for paid services will not be refunded if the user deletes the ad or violates the terms of the Agreement.

8.5. The Site Administration is not responsible for the content and quality of services provided by third parties that may be advertised on the Site.

8.6. The Site administration reserves the right to change the cost of paid services, as well as to introduce new paid services and cancel existing ones, notifying users about this on the Site.
